Mary K has locked down the radio field with a decade of experience. She started her radio profession at WBCC Bethune-Cookman College’s campus radio station and under her leadership they were named the Black College Radio Station for 1992. After a college internship at 102 JAMZ in Orlando, Florida she landed a position at 102 JAMZ serving as an On Air Personality and Promotions Assistant. Next she moved to HOT 101.5 in Jacksonville, Florida and served as Mid-Day On Air personality and Music Director where they took the station to #1 status in a 4-month period. Mary K then headed to 102 JAMZ in Greensboro, North Carolina for 5 years where she was the #1 On Air Personality in the market and Music Director. Currently Mary K is the #1 Mid-day Personality, Program Director at 957 JAMZ and Program Director for 610 WAGG the gospel leader in Birmingham, Alabama

Justin started his career in 1978 at age 15 at his hometown station in Decatur, IN. This year Justin celebrates his 30 years in broadcasting. Since 1990, Justin has worked exclusively in Country Music. Programming top rated stations including; WPKX in Springfield, MA, WDSY Pittsburgh, PA, WYRK Buffalo, NY, WUSN Chicago, IL, WWYZ, Hartford, CT and now WZZK and WNCB in Birmingham, AL. Justin also enjoyed hosting the top rated afternoon shows in Springfield and Buffalo. Justin is married and has one daughter who graduated college last December. Justin enjoys outdoor activities which include boating, fishing and hiking. He enjoys reading books on American History and collecting vintage radios.

B$ made a name for himself doing zany off the wall stunts and for his unique personality. And the rest was history as Jamz hired him on as a member of the Buckwilde Morning Show, after his graduation from Samford. (Yes, He Did Graduate!) Now over six years later B$ has became one of the most loved and longest running Jamz on-air personalities and mixer. You can hear B$ mix, blend, and chop it up in Monday's "5 o'clock Cut Up" with Bartell and Saturday nights from 11-12 midnight. B$ has also joined and advanced forward in the Jamz management team; having been the Jamz Assistant Music Director, Mix-Show Coordinator, and the Marketing Director.

Ms. Nu York grew up in Queens, New York City, but she’s a southern girl at heart. Having attended college in Huntsville, Ms. Nu York has been in radio for five years, from an internship with WEUP-FM to her own show, “The Adult Mix After Dark,” on WHRP-FM. Before receiving her undergraduate degree from Alabama A&M University in Music Business, she was already hosting club venues, comedy and fashion shows, as well as concert performances in Huntsville.

By the age of 17, Chris had made a name for himself in Birmingham, Alabama as one of the top DJ’s in the club business.
In September of 1998, Chris was asked by Cox Radio to take over as co-host of WBHJ 95.7 Jamz
current morning show which was later renamed the “Home Team Morning Show with Rickey Smiley as Co-host.
In May of 2002, Chris was contacted by then APD/MD, Terri Thomas, to handle mix shows for
WIZF-FM in Cincinnati, Ohio five days a week from noon-1:00pm. After Chris’ arrival, his popularity grew as well as changes were being made at the radio station. Terri Thomas was moved to Program Director and Chris was offered a full-time position in the 2 p.m. – 6p.m. time slot.
In August 2005 he was contacted again by Cox Radio to be the APD/MD and afternoon drive personality for the #1 Urban Adult Radio Station in America, WBHK-98.7 KISS FM where he currently holds those positions. Chris was just awarded the Alabama Broadcasters Association’s 2007 Abby Award for Personality of the Year.

LISA MASON is the host of the Morning Show on The New 106.9 The Eagle, Birmingham's Classic Hits Station. Born in Huntsville, Alabama, Lisa moved to Birmingham to attend Samford University. A professional actress and voice over artist, Lisa once dreamed of becoming a rock star and putting her 20 years of guitar and singing lessons to use. With a background in musical theatre, Lisa has lived down the street from dozens of local musicians and loves it when local talent gets a big national break.

DeAnna Lee is originally from Ft. Smith, AR and has been working in country radio for almost a decade. She graduated with a degree in Mass Media and minor in dance from Henderson State University. While in college, DeAnna landed her first "real" radio gig at KLAZ in the Hot Springs/ Little Rock market. DeAnna worked at WKNN on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. DeAnna is an active southern gal who loves country music and hanging out with country music listeners. That's when she feels most at home is with people who love it as much as she does. She's excited to be a part of WZZK and looks forward to meeting you!

An Air Force brat who was drawn to radio during long cross country trips to new postings, Ron still has strong ties to military personnel. Before coming to Birmingham, Ron was the Assistant Program Director and Music Director for 99.5 WYCD, Detroit's Best Country for eight years. Ron helped produce one of the largest country music festivals in the US while in Detroit. He's also been a fixture on the country radio scene, working with Nashville and taking part in a number of big industry events. Ron's radio career has also included stops in Biloxi, MS, Hattiesburg, MD, Baltimore and Frederick, MD and a number of stations in and around New Orleans, LA.

Preston Sullivan has amassed over 30 years of experience in the music industry. He created two music publishing companies Preston Sullivan Music (ASCAP) and Surespin Songs (BMI) which to date have had over 50 songs recorded by artists around the world several achieving Gold, Platinum and Billboard success. Mr. Sullivan became director of operations and in-house producer for Sixteenth Avenue Sound Studios in Nashville. Mr. Sullivan has produced over 100+ albums for multi-genre artists. As studio director, his marketing efforts helped Sixteenth Avenue Sound secure a client roster that included such hit artists as Steve Winwood, Bon Jovi, Stevie Wonder, Take 6, BeBe and CeCe Wynans, Mark Knopfler, Dolly Parton, George Strait, Alan Jackson, John Denver and Maria Carey - and more.
