Smothered Sweet PotatoesWrap whole sweet potatoes in foil and bake at 275 degrees for 2-3 hours until tender. (The slow cooking is what draws out the wonderful sweetness of the potato)
Smother with your favorite toppings. We used only butter and sauteed caramelized onions.
